We Can Be Happy Underground & Canned Applause presents: Space Travel Is Boring

Event_Flyer_by_Jean_de_Wet

We Can Be Happy Underground & Canned Applause’s experimental event “Space Travel is Boring” featured some amazing instrumental acts 19 floors up on the rooftop of Private Practice, playing to 400 people under an open sky.

It was truly one of THE most amazing gigs in South Africa ever and definitely contender for THE BEST SHOW of the year!

The sound was amazing and the 4 bands – kidofdoom, us kids know, Five Men Three Missing and Albinobeach, complimented the evening perfectly with a soundtrack of shimmering music!

The stage, beautifully lit with images projected on a screen from behind the band, added that extra bit of specialness.
